Enzo Battistella is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at CCNR. He is working on combining machine learning and graph theory approaches for multiple types of omics data to tackle different medical relevant tasks. He has investigated feature selection, classification, and clustering techniques through Markov Random Field and Ensemble approaches. He is a Python and C++ developer.
He earned his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the Université Paris-Saclay of Paris (France) in 2021 with a visiting period at Rice University (Houston). His work was primarily focused on the characterization of cancer samples and the staging of Covid-19 patients. He received his engineer degree from Télécom Paris – Institut Polytechnique and a master's in computer science from Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, both in Paris (France).
