Ursula is a second-year PhD student working with Professor Albert-Laszlo Barabasi at CCNR. She is interested in biochemical networks pertaining to immunology and disease pathogenesis. Her current research involves analyzing immune-associated and autoimmune disease-associated protein interactions. Ursula has a master’s in Computational Biology and Quantitative Genetics from Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health, where she analyzed gene regulatory networks of breast cancer subtypes with Dr. Heather Mattie. She completed her B.S. in Applied Mathematics at The College of New Jersey.
