lab website

Xiao Gan is a postdoctoral researcher in the Center For Complex Network Research (CCNR). Xiao received his PhD in Physics from Pennsylvania State University, under the advice of Prof. Réka Albert. Xiao's Ph.D. research focuses on discrete dynamical modeling of biological regulatory networks, in order to understand signal transaction and long-time dynamical behavior in complex biological systems. His research interest is network-based modeling to understand biological systems, and he is working on network medicine projects involving modeling disease modules in protein-protein interaction networks. Before his Ph.D., Xiao received B.S. in physics from Nanjing University, China.
