Clara (she/her) is a postdoctoral researcher in the MOBS Lab and a member of the Network Science Institute at Northeastern University. Clara specializes in epidemic modeling with metapopulation networks, infectious disease forecasting, and model evaluation. Her research aims to strengthen public health preparedness and response by developing and assessing computational frameworks to better understand the spread of infectious diseases. She received a PhD in Network Science from Northeastern University where she was awarded the 2026 Outstanding PhD Student Award for Research. Clara holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Quantitative Biology from UNC Chapel Hill.
