Whether you're aiming for academia, industry, or beyond, an IDP serves as your roadmap, guiding you towards your professional goals while fostering personal growth and fulfillment. In this workshop we will discuss what an IDP is and how it can be useful to you as you are figuring out the combination of skills, interests, and values that will lead you to your preferred career path. This discussion will be an introduction to the IPD process. If you are interested we can then arrange 1:1 guidance sessions to help you create an IDP plan for your growth as professionals in your field.
