David is a PhD student at the Network Science Institute, Northeastern University of London. He is currently working at the Complex Connections Lab under the supervision of Prof. Riccardo Di Clemente, in collaboration with Sony under the supervision of Giulio Prevedello. He holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from Yachay Tech University and a master's degree in Physics of Data from the University of Padova. During the master, he performed an internship at Foundazione Bruno Kessler in Trento, where he studied the effect of space in urban systems to reduce commuting times. Next, he got a one-year scholarship at ISI Foundation, Turin, where he studied gender inequalities in mobility facing natural hazards, specifically the flood in Valencia of 2024.His research experience includes spatial and temporal networks' theory, imitation dynamics and use of large-scale real-world datasets. His interests focus on the study of evolution of social networks, collective behaviours and urban mobility, using tools from physics, mathematics and network science, and face cutting-edge challenges that arise with the development of technology.
