Lydia is the Project Manager of Growth Initiatives & Strategic Partnerships at NetSI where she supports strategic planning and the administrative coordination of the institute’s research programs. Prior to joining NetSI, Lydia held various positions at domestic and foreign government agencies where she focused on developing collaborations among public and private stakeholders, programming of business and cultural initiatives and organizational support.
