Melissa Erlick is the Senior Program Manager of Graduate Programs. She oversees the daily operations of the doctoral program, including student enrollment, funding, student evaluations, and degree status documentation. She also supports students throughout their academic and research journey and works to support the alignment of students’ experience and program goals.

Melissa brings a diverse background in education and cultural programming to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Lycoming College and previous work experience including serving as the Practicum Operations Manager at Simmons School of Social Work and as the Theatre Program Manager at the National Constitution Center. Melissa is passionate about supporting student success and creating meaningful interactions that positively impact their academic journeys.
