Sam Scarpino is an Assistant Professor in the Network Science Institute, in the department of Marine and Environmental Sciences at Northeastern University. Sam runs the Emergent Epidemics Lab, working on infectious disease dynamics, forecasting and predictive modeling, and outbreak surveillance.
