Network Science PhD Student Sarah Shugars is the 2018 recipient of the Outstanding Graduate Student Award for Community Service. This award is presented by Northeastern University’s Graduate Student Council and the Office of the Provost, and recognizes one graduate student each year for their significant accomplishments in community service.
