Congratulations to Dr. Sarah Shugars on the successful defense of her dissertation "Reasoning Together: Network Methods for Political Talk and Normative Reasoning". Dr. Shugars is the one of the first doctorate recipients of the Network Science PhD program at Northeastern. In the Fall, Dr. Shugars will begin a two-year appointment as a Moore-Sloan Faculty Fellow at NYU's Center for Data Science (CDS). In this position, she will develop and lead her own research, and contribute as a member of the richly-interdisciplinary CDS community.
